Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your own appointment at any time through your online booking account — simply log in to your account, open your upcoming appointment, and choose to cancel or rebook.

48-hour notice & refunds

To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are refunded in full.

If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance and do not attend your appointment, the booking is non-refundable and any payment made will not be refunded. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients, which is why this notice period applies.
